Policy Acceptance

Welcome to Elevé Dance ATL Dance Studio

Attendance and Punctuality:

Regular attendance and punctuality for your child's progress in the dance class is imperative. Please ensure that your child arrives on time for each class and notify the instructor in advance of any anticipated absences.

Dress Code:

Specified dress code for the dance class will be presented at time of registration and on our "Classes" tab under Class Descriptions & Uniforms. Please ensure that your child comes to class dressed appropriately in the required attire and footwear.

Behavior and Respect:

Respectful behavior towards instructors, fellow students, and staff is expected at all times. I will encourage my child to maintain a positive and respectful attitude during class and related activities.

Payment and Fees:

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable:
Costume Fee: $100.00
Monthly Tuition Fee: $61.00 per month
Billing: Payment for each cycle is due on the 1st of each month.

Communication:

We appreciate active participation communication with Elevé Dance ATL by checking emails, reading newsletters, and staying informed about important updates and events.

Safety and Liability:

Dance involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. Elevé Dance ATL, its instructors, and staff are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during class or related activities.

Emergency Contact and Medical Information:

All information provided accurate and up-to-date emergency contact and medical information for my child. I authorize Elevé Dance ATL staff to seek medical attention for my child in case of an emergency.

Return and Refund Policy

Fees: All fees are non-refundable
Tuition Fees: The refund policy for tuition fee will depend on the timing of the refund request. Here are a few scenarios that we may consider a refund:
a. Full Refund: If a student withdraws before the start of the dance session or within a 15 day grace period, they are eligible for a full refund of their tuition fees
b. Partial Refund: If a student withdraws after the start of the dance session, but before the second class of the month, the studio may provide a partial refund. The amount refunded may depend on factors such as the number of classes attended or a predetermined percentage of the tuition fees.
c. No Refund: If a student withdraws after attending 2 classes, they may not be eligible for a refund. This policy is often in place to ensure consistency and to cover costs associated with planning and reserving resources for the enrolled students.
Costume or Performance Fees: These fees are non-refundable, as they are customized or ordered in advance to meet specific requirements.
